We are sourcing for a Payroll Specialist with ADP Workforce Now experience. Individuals with strong technical skills, good communication, and a go-getter attitude would be the ideal match for this role. This position will be responsible for payroll processing for 500+ employees.
Experience and knowledge of Full-cycle accounts payable
Our client has an exceptional opportunity for an Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk to join their team. Matching, batching, and coding invoices, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, processing checks, and resolving A/P issues are just a few of the responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk.
* Ensure invoices, checks, and other documents are properly sorted, logged, and scanned
* Manage the process of verifying and mailing checks, including expediting special handling
* Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner; ensuring compliance with company policies
* Manage department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it on a daily basis
* Provide support to internal business partners
* Execute full-cycle A/P
* 2+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred
* Adeptness in 10 Key Accounting
* Microsoft Excel experience desired
* Coding Invoices experience
* General familiarity with Account Inquiries
* Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
* Demonstrated communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds

Daily cash receipts, maintain customer accounts, process customer statements on behalf of all locations, maintain other software programs related to AR
Responsibilities and Duties:
o Accurately maintains customer accounts receivable records including tax, apply customer payments, and makes changes to customer information
o Answers and resolves questions regarding customer accounts
o Prepares, mails/e-mails, and reconciles customer statements
o Update customer accounts on Company Portal
o Assists other co-workers with related tasks as necessary
o Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
o Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
o Experience with using business system applications preferred
o Knowledge of agriculture equipment industry preferred
o Understands accounting fundamentals
o Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Excel and internet functions
o Ability to use programs specific to the position
o High level of attention to detail and accuracy
o High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
I. Maintain Electronic Instrumentation at Company’s Shop
A. Accurately repair instrumentation in minimal time
B. Troubleshoot and solve problems in minimal time
C. Perform preventive maintenance
D. Test and evaluate new equipment
E. Complete Service Activity Form
A. Maintain equipment and parts
B. Order equipment and spare parts with Purchase Order Request Form
C. Receive and verify shipment of equipment and parts
D. Assist with Physical Count of Inventory at least twice per year
E. Shipping and Receiving Parts / Instruments and completion of required documents.
III. Customer and Representative Service (Via telephone and/or in plant)
A. Resolve customer complaints and problems
B. Provide technical support
C. Sales of spare parts to existing customers to expand or upgrade
A. Must maintain a valid California Drivers License and current insurance for personal automobile B. This position will require domestic and international travel (only in the Americas) 50% of the time.
A. Order and maintain shipping supplies
B. Help maintain the warehouse
C. Provide office support and maintenance
D. Follow policies in Employee Handbook and procedures in Procedure manual
